Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellations

Cancellations 14+ Days Before Pickup:
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. -
Cancellations 14–7 Days Before Pickup:
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental amount. -
Cancellations 7–3 Days Before Pickup:
Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 75% cancellation fee. -
Cancellations Within 72 Hours of Pickup:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the rental amount with no refund.
2. Modifying a Reservation

Reservation changes must be requested at least 7 days before pickup.

Changes requested within 7 days may be treated as cancellations and rebookings, meaning cancellation fees can apply.

All changes are subject to availability and updated rates.
3. Early Returns
Returning a vehicle earlier than the reserved period does not result in partial refunds or rate adjustments.
4. Late or Missed Pickups

Vehicles are held for 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time unless prior notice is provided.

Failure to arrive within this window without communication will be considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the rental amount.
5. Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather, flight disruptions, or other uncontrollable events, Seaside Truck Rental Bonaire may offer limited flexibility at our discretion. Proof of disruption may be required.
